Fine Jewelry is delicate and should be cared for accordingly. To extend the life of your jewelry, please follow these care instructions:
- For thorough cleaning, use a combination of warm water and mild dish detergent - gently scrub with a soft-bristled toothbrush.
- Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasives coming in contact with your jewelry: hairspray, bleach, chlorine, toothpaste, etc.; exposure will dull the shine of precious metals over time.
- Do not clean any semi precious gemstones or pearls with chemicals, abrasives, or solvents.
- Remove jewelry before physical activity and store it carefully.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! If you’re unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept non-custom items to be returned for store credit within 7 days from the date of delivery as indicated by courier notification. Please contact us at enquiries@meitalove.com with your order number, and ship the item back to us. Item must arrive in our studio within 7 days of its delivery,
- All items must be returned in brand new condition; unworn, undamaged, and unaltered
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We always suggest our clients use a trackable, fully insured method of shipment and signature required. When shipping back your order, please include a note with your contact information. We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that may get lost in transit.
- Custom, sized or special orders are non-returnable or eligible for return or exchanged.
All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable.
